Even though if you serve the 90 days notice period they will extend the notice period if you are soft with them, it only to harass the employee to loose the new good opportunity and to beg for the experience certificate. the main thing is for 90 days the manager and HR will sit idle then only work on the 90th day of the notice period of the employee.
