      Salary issues are more some time they gives 2 months once ,hikes also very late.some of the pm are worest cultures even they dont give respect also for ladies and seniors

      Friendly colleagues, Good CEO. Poor middle management.

      Cons

      Very delayed salaries some times more then two months. Less recognition and appraisals. Managers treat developers like consumable resources not human beings. If you observe the official communication every where you will be called as resource not individual. Managers use very harsh language. They don't know how to fix the scope and context of a project sprint by sprint at the end they blame the developers saying you don't know how to code the logic and programming. Because of the poor forecasting and poor delivery management developers always suffer, ending up working more then 100 hours in a week.
