1. There is a good work environment and managers discuss all technical details 2. Within the team there is a good team spirit to complete the project successfully 3. Seniors teach on the job and support whenever required we are stuck with any problem 4. There is lot of focus on training when you join the company 5. This company is good for freshers as they can learn different things on a project very well

1. All seniors in the teams are very supportive if you are new to the company or technology 2. There is an open culture to learn and tolerance for making mistakes 3. Even freshers are trained on the job to become leads and take ownership if found talented 4. Managers encourage lot of team work and help to resolve problems 5. They let us try new innovative things for the task on hand 6. If required work from home option is also given which is very good and helps especially women balance work and life 7. Lot of training programs are also conducted in first one year of joining

1. Not much of tool support for administrative works like travel expenses,etc 2. No visibility on reimbursements when onsite
