Pros
Excellent company to work for, solid growth opportunities, good people.
Cons
People are afraid for their places, and if your growth endanger their place, you get fired with any ridiculous reason. When they tell you you are fired, they will send armed guards with you, it is very humiliating. If you try to say goodbye to someone they will shut you up and push you away. I didn’t get that at all. What did they think I will do? But I asked other people, they say they treat everyone that way.
