      Good benefits as an employee. Salary for the administration department is higher is higher than other industries.

      Cons

      Administrative department is neglected compared to other departments in the company. Great co-workers. Little opportunity for growth if not an engineer.

      Pros

      Offered me great pay, plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement. Management tends to be congested as well as their projects. Safety is important and they promote advancement within your craft. Plenty of ot, and great people to be around. I have worked all over the country for Fluor and enjoyed seeing new places, and meeting new people while making fair wages in a safe environment.

      Cons

      Not flexing with hours, some project can be micro managed, production schedules can be difficult.
