      Pros

      A good amount of autonomy to do your job. Project pay is good.

      Cons

      Leadership is selected based on seniority and time in company rather than capability or potential. Overall very resistant to progress and change and does not value their younger, higher-potential employees. Employees are incentivized to work as many hours as possible and not take any time off.

      Pros

      Good pay if you negotiate it well, nice work hours (every second friday off), vacation is decent but sick days are included in total vacation given.

      Cons

      Management is very selective of who progresses. Very small raises when they happen. Management has poor utilization of staff. Work mentality is very old school (butts in seats, working from home during pandemic was a stretch)
