      Pros

      -Great company to learn about the EPC business. -Alot of knowledgeable people work at Fluor. -Knowledge information sharing is outstanding. -Fluor does a good job at employee recognition.

      Cons

      -Compared to other companies, it takes forever to move up within the company. -If you travel overseas to work, you will most likely stay in a man camp..NO HOTEL -When business is slow, there is a possibility for mass layoffs.

      - Ability to work with experienced project management teams. - Opportunities to work globally. - Opportunties to be promoted from within. - Fluor encourages educational advancement both financially and through management practices. - Outstanding safety culture. - Opportunity to work on "Mega" projects with TIC of over $1B.

      Cons

      - Very conservative company culture means cyclical job market. - Slow and steady professional growth curve which can be frustrating. - You must be a self starter and pursue opportunities to advance.
