(USA) Great benefits, competitive pay available. Plenty of work to be done and improvements to be made if you're into process improvement.

Cons

(USA) In office daily, only exceptions generally are sickness/appts/half days, but seems to depend somewhat on your manager. But you're also pretty aware of the expectation when joining. Limited room for advancement due to company size and structure, but they seem to take care of the people they like.
