      Pros

      It's a small but growing company with lots of opportunities for advancement. The pay is very competitive and the benefits are average. They pay for Internet and Blackberry for support issues and also pay per diem for all expenses while travelling.

      Cons

      Most of the technical knowledge for the company is in the head of 1 or 2 people making it very challenging to learn their systems, especially since they were travelling most of the time and unavailable. The position also requires 24x7 support on a rotating shift. Once a month I would have to be available 24x7 for support. Lots of travel.
