      Pros

      Important, meaningful work from the outset. Learning from a lot of smart people. Lots of employee benefits like gym and food.

      Cons

      May have to work long hours sometimes. History of high turnover may impact on employee morale. Company culture may not be for everyone.

      Pros

      Working with some of the latest and best technology whilst surrounded by world class engineers and data scientists allowed me to learn and be challenged every day. Even though the company was getting bigger and bigger, the culture is still like a start up, but with the stability of a bigger company. Projects are really exciting and will certainly challenge you. Awesome Hackathons. Was pushing code in my first week and able to lead a team within my first year.

      Cons

      They are still some teething issues which they are experiencing because of the rate they are growing as a business, but it's to be expected with any company growing this quickly. It would be good to be able to contribute more to the open source community, but I understand this is difficult because of the competitive nature of business.
