      Low salary and almost no opportunities to grow, their system and some other management people will even hold you back from career growth. They will ask you to do tasks that are not in your job description without giving a salary increase.

      Dell R & D Work policy is bad and new joiners suffer discrimination

      The new joiners will find it tough and system never accommodates them

      Cons

      The new joiners are treated very badly. There are tasks with tight dead lines and employee works very hard to complete tasks, all 7 days a week. Yet close to 2 years management throws them out with baseless argument that they do not perform well.
