      The office is good and the location is good

      Cons

      The staff are very pretentious, thinking they are above everyone else, you can even see this with the CEO. I wouldn't recommend working here unless you enjoy being fake and looking down on people for no reason.

      Pros

      Very intelligent people. Fast career progression if you can fit into the company's very strong culture.

      Cons

      Offices are packed! Employees get no personal space. People there are noisy and very social. All 'hacker' types... No time is allocated to planning; just churn out code to get it working. Very high employee turnover.

      Dont be fooled by the good looking office, free food and drinks.

      Cons

      Long hours- at a point where it affects your personal life. Not organised Management only seeking short term goal; not sustainable System is slow and old Self centered CEO - paintings everywhere in the office, laugh so loud in the room we can hear him from outside Job title doesnt match responsibilty No integrity Favoritism; a lot of pleasers
