Pros
I worked in the nicest office everyone who worked around me I am friends with and they are quality engineers. Manila office has the best benefits but all the office are given so much.
Cons
If you are looking for work out of uni I would not work here because you won't have proper management and you won't have an ordered system and you will open yourself to not being treated professionally or having a professional environment around you. My boss was ok but then he just left and I was told someone else was in charge but then CEO was directing all of it. Also the CEO yells at staff, fires people all the time and blames people for doing things they didn't do when it is his fault and the other reviews on here I think are good because the CEO thinks he knows everything but he doesn't and he wants to control everything but he hides everything he does from other senior people. He has bad reuptation and keeps secrets and turn staff agaist each other. There are lot of young people in positions right now also they should not be in which is why I left. I am not failing in the position I should not be put in. I would not recommend for my friends from uni to ever work in this place. It is very smoke and mirror. People are so kind but management is disgusting in my opinion and I do not think the business is foing to last. You can see the reviews that are helpful have a lot of likes because it shows what the company is like.
