This is a company for people who want to stay young, curious and hungry. It's for people who aren't afraid to take ownership, make smart decisions and gather the resources they need to get things done. The company has an inspiring long term vision - creating economic empowerment by changing the future of work. Though the market isn't quite ready - the concept is where amazon or ebay was 15-20 years ago. The people here are awesome. There is a wide and interesting range of personalities. However, everyone is equally dedicated to achieving things together. People are invested in each other and always willing to share knowledge.
Cons
Given the nature of the industry, sometimes long hours are necessary. There is quite a strong company culture. Therefore it would be an awesome fit for some but not inclusive for all. You have to figure out what impact you want to make, what to do and how to do it - this ambiguity may be a struggle for some, though exciting for others.
