      Global, solid and well structured company. Very high level of quality in products and process, with great technical support around the world.

      Pros

      There are small pockets of people that are really great to work with and make the company and job somewhat bearable.

      Cons

      The company is very near sighted and does not think strategically. Long term goals are in place but how to get to those goals is all over the place. Corporate culture is also lacking significantly. There is a lot of talk about wanting to improve but not a lot of actions. Very old and traditional in their ways of working.
