Pros

Being part of the Freudenberg group there are many opportunities for professional and personal growth both in the US and internationally. The company encourages an entrepreneurial spirit and contributions from employees at all levels. This is a financially solid company that continues to grow.

Cons

The Manufacturing industries pace may be too intense for some. (Though not all Freudenberg's businesses are in Manufacturing).

Pros

Working with peers and underlings, world travel, excellent local management at Lead Center level

Cons

Salary on cheap side for experience and market conditions, top management in Germany is extremely overconfident, lots of employee turnover due to salary.
