Pros

Solid, family owned company which excells in sealing solutions. Global player that leads in many fields. The team, I was part of was diversified and well structured between the senior and beginner level.

Cons

The plant is well growing and the upper managment does an awesome job in promoting growth. The working philosophy (e.g. time spent for what) should focus more on work and less on meetings.

Quality is very important and taken very seriously. You get a 20 min paid lunch, Good working hours, pretty laid back environment

Cons

No training matrix, Supervisors aren't helpful, HR takes sides with certain employees instead of looking at facts. To much turn over in employees without proper training.
