Weekend work is unnecessarily overstaffed by hourly workers and just a couple salary workers. Holiday work is a no go as well also not necessary.

The work is simple, and the pay is very slightly higher than most entry-level positions.

Cons

Working here means being in a chaotic, disorganized place with people rushing to complete tasks, as every single person wants to have themselves a break. The supervisors and managers are there only to save themselves and will watch you struggle on a sweltering day with no AC, to yell at you later for not working fast enough or for wasting time. Do not trust the word of anyone here. You will be gravely disappointed.
