Pros

Endless social events continuously lined up throughout the year to keep you on your toes, a mixed bunch of intellectual minds who you can always bounce ideas off, and a place where new approaches to work are encouraged. There are very few other companies out there like this.

Cons

At times you may feel under valued, however, these times you're often given reassurance. Workload is never the same day to day, if thats your thing, this isn't for you!
