Pros

G-Research is a fun and exciting place to work at right now. The people are some of the smartest in the world, and the business is growing quickly as it moves from strength to strength. The culture is very encouraging and has a good work/life balance. If you enjoy solving difficult problems with smart people, it's a great place to work.

Cons

Historically the business had more stringent security measures, and some of the traces of that are still around. However, it's clear there's been a big cultural shift away from that, so I expect things to change in the future.
