      Pros

      I have been working at Dicom for 5 years now and my manager has always treated me with respect and allows me to do my work with a lot of autonomy. The company is growing rapidly and many opportunities for growth are available. Many of the managers started on the dock and have grown within the organisation. The president is very down to earth and interacts with us on a regular basis. We have a great cafeteria at the head office and numerous perks that go along with it.

      Cons

      Being a transport company we deal with many changes and unfortunately not everyone can handle that therefore we have lost some good colleagues along the way.

      Pros

      The company really cares about their people. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. This is definetly a company I would like to continue to grow with this company and continue developing my skillset. The company is very organized, values their employees and customers. The way the Dicom is handling the pandemic is great. They are making sure everyone is remaining safe at work and that everyone is following all protocols to make sure everyone around them is safe.

      None. The company is always improving. The past few months, we can really see all of the improvements, and everything just keeps getting better.
