      Nice work environment in new building CEO does seem to take time to explain overall strategy to employees

      High turnover Poor communication from direct management Company wants to get bought out so strategy constantly changing Rush hour traffic nightmare

      Pros

      I have been working at Dicom for 5 years now and my manager has always treated me with respect and allows me to do my work with a lot of autonomy. The company is growing rapidly and many opportunities for growth are available. Many of the managers started on the dock and have grown within the organisation. The president is very down to earth and interacts with us on a regular basis. We have a great cafeteria at the head office and numerous perks that go along with it.

      Cons

      Being a transport company we deal with many changes and unfortunately not everyone can handle that therefore we have lost some good colleagues along the way.
