      As a international student it's important to bare expenses in big cities like Berlin. Getir offer student flexible work schedule and they also provide performance bonus

      - Big International company (at least it was) - Nice big office - Recognized consumer brand - Salary a bit above average - Interesting stack

      - Closed top management decision circle (local regional management was often now aware/involved in the decisions) - Top management's inability to delegate and distribute responsibilities - Start-up-ish chaotic culture and attitude towards code development/quality/practices
