      Good people, not a perfect company

      Pros

      Getir was a great place to work. Everyone was friendly and down to earth. Workload was not too heavy but also not too light.

      Cons

      Occasionally there were structural issues... Not knowing who was in charge of what, and not feeling as though there was enough of a leadership structure put into place.

      Pros

      Paid development and monitoring tools were present. Nice tech stack.

      Cons

      Management was not professional enough since the company became a decacorn, still, a small startup management style from the founder, even my manager was not aware of the cancelled bonuses or the layoff process.
