Expecting to complete orders in a unrealistic time. Low pay. Doing two job titles including the one you was hired to do. Short lunch break. Metric system is not needed.

Good team, friendly staff and decent hours

Cons

higher management are useless, payroll was always incorrect and never fixed. They were constantly forcing me to do things differently that would put the riders in harm. For example I was told to instruct a rider that had broken down to push his bike back to the store (2 miles away) at midnight, instead of calling a recovery van as it cost too much
