      Pros

      Good benefits for corporate employees. Some teams have great managers- finance, talent, supply chain. But not all managers are good.

      Cons

      They treat the store employees different thank ‘HQ’ which is unfair. They put people (especially Turkish) in big roles they have limited experience in - it makes it hard for the people with experience do their jobs.

      Many health and safety issues both for staff and the food/grocery that they are handling to deliver to customers.
