Upper management sucks. They switch up every other week, certain stores are chaos and hours get cut with little to no notice

Weekly pay. That’s it. Nothing else

Cons

Not full time. Only 30-32 hrs per week. Disorganized af!!! No leadership structure, no company communications between corporate, and upper management. Will not honor your past experiences and retail knowledge, they will only expect you to know what they want. No employee handbook, no core values, no mission statement for anything!!!
