      Pros

      Getir is a great place to learn fast, take responsibility, improve time management skills and take actions. There are many inspiring directors and managers. They teach you, they help you and they support you. People are friendly, they are always there when you need help.

      Cons

      Long working hours, low salaries. Too much work load. Too much start up environment, needs a more corporate structure (after 5 years you need this) Acts too fast, sometimes taking unneccessary actions.
