      I can't think of any...

      Total chaos! business growing at speed with out fundamental structure in place. You will hear "start up" a lot, but it's actually part of a much larger European company. Terrible business descisions being made to keep the whole operation under Turkish control with contracts going to Turkish companies with little to no knowledge of the UK, UK employment and health and safetly laws.

      They finally installed boxes on ebikes so it is much easier and better for your health

      Bad and bugged system, bad management, takes them forever to get us a proper equipment

      This job gives me an income while I reach my goals. My education hasn't finished yet because I still have a long path within the cultural field. But, meanwhile I can save money, learning in different platforms about my Master and also, learning German.

      Cons

      I suffer the bad weather, but Valencia is a good place to ride.
