      - You can have a lot of responsibilities even though you are not really senior. - You can talk to c levels, directors easily. Relatively flat organization structure. - Company culture is really good, people work hard but you get along well with them at the same time

      - It might be too hectic or chaotic because of the high growth strategy being executed.
