      Bad place for software developers

      Pros

      Good location and company culture. Work life balance.

      Cons

      Out of date(i mean really) technologies used by unexperienced developers. There is no such thing as software architecture(enough to save the day). Salary raise is so arbitrary(no KPIs).

      Pros

      I have worked in other companies before this but wow no places actually makes you feel valued as a human first. Yes of course you are expected to work but this is told you to from the beginning. The company does not micro managed, trusting you to produce results as you see fit and all ideas are welcome during meetings.

      Cons

      Right now ? I see no cons as I don’t expect anything to be perfect
