      Pros

      Some of the managers are good. It is good point for first job maybe.

      Cons

      Lack of engineering knowledge. Low paid 20 percent of employees do 80 percent of the work. Culture is very bad even if they think they have the best one

      Pros

      Very dynamic environment, lets you obtain very unique experiences. Great people, teams have very good and talented people that never hesitate to share their experiences and knowledge. Culture (partially), people acknowledge your talent and appreciate when you achieve success.

      Cons

      Salary, it is easy to understand why payments are low. This is a start-up and has profitability/scale/growth concerns. Harsh management, you are not encouraged to do mistakes in here. Besides, you may feel highly stressed.
