      Pros

      There are some talented people who work there, and it's a big company.

      Cons

      Zero culture, mandated working from the office, overpaid and under-qualified senior management who are completely disconnected from reality. They focus on doing things fast with a complete disregard for quality, accountability, or morality.

      Pros

      Good benefits for corporate employees. Some teams have great managers- finance, talent, supply chain. But not all managers are good.

      Cons

      They treat the store employees different thank ‘HQ’ which is unfair. They put people (especially Turkish) in big roles they have limited experience in - it makes it hard for the people with experience do their jobs.
