Terrible management, they don't have a clue of what they are doing. Truly incompetent The amount of food waste is beyond words, they say it goes to charity but it does not, they don't even allow their employees to take perfect consumable food home, they make you throw it away. So not sustainable at all, not ecofriendly Not enough training The management don't care about your schedule

Working in unsafe conditions. Company has covered up how many accidents and deaths have happened to it's employees. Tips can only be given before the delivery is done which is counter intuitive and results in less tips. I worked through a snowstorm to receive $4 for the day, and one person gave a bottle of water as a tip, that's like what a $0.37 value ? after over 15 deliveries . Company needs to fix tipping issue immediately.
