      Pros

      I have worked in other companies before this but wow no places actually makes you feel valued as a human first. Yes of course you are expected to work but this is told you to from the beginning. The company does not micro managed, trusting you to produce results as you see fit and all ideas are welcome during meetings.

      Right now ? I see no cons as I don’t expect anything to be perfect

      Pros

      -friendly coworkers -they don’t hesitate to give responsibilities to juniors; you can learn a lot in a short time -above average compensation for juniors -nice location and physical environment

      Cons

      -leadership positions are handed out as rewards, resulting in extremely inexperienced managers/leads. -not much respect for your time -below average compensation for senior/lead positions -the upper management often display sycophantic tendencies

      There are very few pros.

      Cons

      This company is poorly managed from the top. They will hire and let you go without regard, whether you have been there three weeks or since the launch in Nov 21. Pay is low. They told employees they would pay for their health insurance, which was a selling point for people to join. That ended after the first year. Senior management is not trustworthy and claim to be "people first." They are people first if those people are senior management.
