      Pros

      I've never worked with a team with high-qualified, soft, and hard skills. Whenever we work, I feel like I am in a family where everyone covers each other in urgent situations.

      Cons

      So direct top-to-down orders. If you are looking for somewhere that you plan your OKR, but it's permanently destroyed by the boss's order? Yeah, you are in the correct place. The company decided something from yesterday to today and applies it in a second. No one ever informed before about the process, why and when. Just applies. Today you might be working this way and tomorrow completely other. C-Level even don't inform the managers/leads but directly whole companies. Result? So many people quit at the same time.
