      Pros

      No consistent schedule. Hours cut without notice, company cut employees without notice and expect extremely high standards (no mistakes) when they don’t even pay you enough to care. Probably will not be around for much longer seeing as how things look for them. Most awful disorganized company I’ve ever worked for

      Toughest job of my life in the worst company ever.

      Pros

      A nice team of fellow riders, who really supported each other. Fairly decent scooter gear of jacket, gloves, crash helmet and waterproofs. When there is no other work available in the world, you can get a job at Getir.

      Cons

      Brutal working conditions. Forced to ride in all weather conditions, including snow and ice. Impossible to hit targets. Farcical bonus scheme. Constant abuse from management. Sent home without pay if the scooters were broken. 30 minute break in a 10 hour shift, with no other breaks permitted. Often no hot drinks or cups or coffee or tea, unless you bring your own.
