      Pros

      It's a big company, it can be helpful for a career. The grievances it causes are numerous, making it easier to connect with people who have experienced the same issues.

      Cons

      You might live in constant fear of being fired. A project you have worked on for a long time might suddenly be abandoned one morning, and you might be told to drop everything and start something new, never to see that project again.
