Pros

It started well, we were spending a lot of money, etc., then the inflation and economic slowdown came. Some teams were having nice people

Cons

Low salaries No nagotiation about salaries even if higher costs of living Poor management No clear plan Toxic people in the office No personal development Changed their policy and now you have to work 5 days in the office and the year is 2023 The benefits could be better

Pros

General culture is great Tech stack is very diverse, the teams generally work polyglot, you can also use whatever you would like to use (if you can perform a good PoC obviously). I think that it provides the opportunity to improve yourself in different areas. Working style is comfortable for me.

Cons

Management is unprofessional, their decision making process is very bad and it feels unsafe for the employees. No benefits at all

The management in Europe is downright bullying people They completely stop caring about you once they recruit you Doesn't have a set system, everything is in Google Forms and is a mess Unprofitable business model which keeps bleeding money, therefore your job is never secure
