      As a international student it's important to bare expenses in big cities like Berlin. Getir offer student flexible work schedule and they also provide performance bonus

      Pros

      Good performance bonuses, great working team.

      Cons

      The company got closed, even thou us, in the warehouse could have seen the mistakes made by the head office we couldn’t change anything. They were not eager to try to change the system and listen to the people that were actually doing the job and cared about the company and try to do things good and get advices.

      As an engineering manager, you work as you were the CTO of your own startup by giving you a great responsibility and power. Every moment in the company is yet another challenge.

      Cons

      Upper-level management knows nothing about engineering, creating and managing products, employee retention, etc. Always the politics win in the company. No one really care about the good ideas.
