      Pros

      I think I was able to meet some amazing talented people globally but really sad the way the teams were handled whilst calling themselves a global company.

      Cons

      I think the company lacked vision & mission and overall leadership to motivate teams globally. The approach was very top down.

      Pros

      If you have a reasonably professional demeanor, a positive attitude towards your co-workers and manager, are capable of working trivial assigned tasks, and can improvise on the fly, you'll make it here (and pretty much anywhere else) with no problems. The workload is lax, the customer interactions are brief, and the pay is consistent and livable. So long as you're sociable and not too caught up in the work culture, the cons can be overlooked.

      Cons

      The work environment can be pretty hectic. The manager is amazing, but the person above him hiring staff is delirious. Most all of the new hires are feral, and most have dodgy histories. Most can't be let go for trivial matters, and unless a major policy is violated on their end, most of the time, the crazies stick around for some time. Every other month, a new juicy controversy unfolds and/or some new policy gets put into place that makes little impact on the environment. In all, if you can't keep to yourself when it counts and read a room. the workplace can be hell on earth.
