You get paid weekly When you are paid in time that is

The management The lack of equipment . Terrible environment to work Where you feel bullied by the management and supervisors . System need a lot more work you will get an order before you are even back at the warehouse and you will get told off because they will say you are taking too long to get your orders . Rude people . Favouritism for those who just turn an eye to all the problems . Management and supervisors will tell you to do things that are against the rules and procedures just to make their targets telling you to accept orders without checking all the items just só the time goes down not carrying that if there’s a missing item you will get the blame for not checking (which is your job )
