This year we did a lot of work to create more diverse and robust benefits for our employees, to address needs for every stage of their life. We also shared our intent to launch an ESPP program later this year. None, spent few minutes thinking however couldn’t even fine one.

Cons

Limited career opportunity, Internal politics, Negative trend of share price, Not even a market leader in all of the products, Poor performance and poor results of ANZ region, Managers don’t even manage reps properly

Cons

Management has no idea what's going on, micromanage staff and have mixed messages. Dont coach or do skill assessments. No communication between departments
