Thank you for your 3+ years with us. We are making considerable investments as LogMeIn has doubled in size. Those investments include Total Rewards, our facilities, and our culture. LogMeIn is not perfect, no company is. We do commit every day to making our company the best place to work for our employees. It's only getting worse

Pros

In reality, the onlly thing that is keeping me coming into the office are some of the people. We have a shared pain and whilst that won't fix things it at least makes it bearable as we seek alternitives.

Cons

The merge hasn't and isnt going well. I get there was going to be a transition period but this is awful. Staff are unhappy and no one is listening or care as to the root cause of it. People are stealing accounts and hiding behind management favouritism. I no longer feel connected to the company which is funny considering what our products do! Little to no leadership to look up to at all which makes being in one of the global offices even tougher.

Pros

Big company, some perks are pretty cool, trying hard to be a good place to work.

Cons

No oversight into middle management. My manager is a complete jerk and I have little recourse. Been working there for 1 month and already regret my decision. The company as whole tries to look like a great, hip place, but it really doesn't matter if your super is an idiot. The benefits and $$ are on par, if not a little behind the Boston area, but I got wooed by the hip image...that was a BIG mistake.
