      Pros

      You do not build one of the fastest growing Companies on the planet without something worth shouting about. The people throughout LogMeIn wherever you are in the world are truly passionate, personable, people-people. The culture is great. The products are real performance drivers for business and are a pleasure to sell. The organisational performance is outstanding and it is run professionally with a real people feel. They make significant investment in you as a person; through training, mentoring, rewards and motivation. They expect that investment enables you to learn, earn and have fun. I cannot recommend highly enough LogMeIn. Why did I leave? LogMeIn enabled me to fulfil my life ambitions and I now own a business that I hope will continue to work with their brilliant team for years to come.

      Cons

      Not unusually in large software companies the International business can feel overlooked in favour of its US counterparts. There is only one way to combat that self-fulfilling prophecy. Make yourself heard.

      This is an amazing company to work for and I am grateful to be a part of this team everyday. Every employee has a true opportunity to grow and advance in their career. I have experienced things i never would have dreamed of before coming to LogMeIn. I feel blessed to have taken this career move, and look forward to my future within the company. -No idea is too small, and every employee is given the chance to have their ideas heard and make a difference. -Fantastic work environment. Everyone really cares for their fellow co-workers and the company cares for it's employees. The open environment of the office and amenities make you want to come to work every morning. -Executives are very approachable. -The company loves to promote from within, so hard work really does pay off. -Since we are an international company, there are so many opportunities to travel to our other offices. I myself have already visited a few. -I would and have recommended LogMeIn to many people within my network. -The product is great, which makes it easy to stand behind and support it.

      I can not think of any cons worth noting.

      Good fun for a year but don't stay longer than that.

      Pros

      It was great fun, lovely colleagues, good office location and fun annual kickoff. Made some very good friends here.

      Cons

      I do not like the way the upper management in the U.S. treat staff in EMEA. They are only concerned about the USA and don't realise that the exact same processes cannot always be applied in EMEA. They do not listen to suggestions from the EMEA team but I noticed that if the same suggestion is made by a colleague in the USA they are more inclined to listen and take note.
