      Unlimited PTO, employee resource groups, software to help sales beyond LinkedIn, remote work, they let you be yourself

      Cons

      Solutions have not changed much over the years, have increased prices over the years, some competitors have better tailored solutions, turnover is high which include employees and CEOs

      Remote work If you want to learn and take on more responsibility, leadership is more than happy to let you do that.

      Some people (leadership) within the business are very resistant to change and unwilling to take risks.
