      no longer great

      Pros

      used to not only love the benefits, but i always had a sense of pride working at goto, the managers are great and so are coworkers, remote work, leadership but i agree with others, its a sinking ship

      Cons

      benefits now taken off, company has done at least 9 mass layoff during my four years here, coworkers feel burnt out and underpaid, leadership has completely turned upside down for the worse, a great company has turned down for the worse, its not just my opinion and insight...unfortunately!

      Pros

      The people that work on your team are great, remote work, good benefits.

      Cons

      Not going into great detail, but I was greatly wronged when working at GoTo - was told one thing and ended up getting laid off after making great sacrifices to take that job in the first place. You are just a number that will get the boot without thought.
