      Lots of free time because customers keep leaving us Great colleagues (that keep leaving)

      Cons

      Troubled ancient products No Customer Focus (even if we are told to be customer obsessed, the company isn't) Since FP acquisition - all we do is cut costs and save money

      Pros

      Pros of working here have dwindled over time. You do get to work with some amazing people and they do spend money on solutions to provide their sales teams the ability to do their jobs smoothly

      Cons

      LogMeIn has since been bought by private investors and have had a series of terminations. However, they do much less for their employees (in terms of incentives), average pay for roles has decreased significantly, little investment in their own products. The company has completely changed in the last 3 years. I LOVED working here at the start, but over my final 6-9 months, I was miserable

      Office family had your back and wanted nothing but to see you do well. Excellent office atmosphere Excellent on-site benefits Great team to work with all around

      Cons

      Business, business, business... It was never about building a strong and proper application to grow from, it was about the bottom dollar. We literally had the dev that created Asteroids work for us and yet they moved on. They didn't stick with the stellar team that would help them diagnose the language they wrote. They are about acquisition, conversion, and may be a little optimization. Upper management isn't about making a product that is as stable as it can be, they are about working with it enough so they can move on to the next thing.
