Pros

Good benefits & technology. Coworkers are still some of the best in the industry. Still one of the most respected large companies to work for. Work/life balance is still pretty good.

Cons

Bureaucracy has taken hold as the company became large. Comp may not be as high as other companies in the tech industry. Perks were slowly being rolled back over time.
