Cons

- RTO is not ideal - Not remote friendly at all - Data center culture is old school; heavily filled with older white straight people - My larger team's leadership is very arrogant and reluctant to change

Pros

Benefits all the way. It is the only reason I am staying at Google at this point.

Cons

Management is allowed to get away with discrimination and retaliation. It's becoming a very widespread problem. HR Cases are going weeks without support. They are allowed to force people out with bullying and passive aggressive behaviors.
